While it’s not entirely realistic to complete a full business plan in a 90-minute session, it is possible to walk away with a clear understanding of what needs to be in your business plan. We will do 90% of the work in our time together and the result will provide you with clarity, direction and a defined structure for how your school should operate.

The session will be interactive as we work through questions together.
After the presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to submit your answers.
If you choose to submit your answers, I will create a “North Star Document” and email it back to you within 5 days.
